I have a Masters degree in art history. These studies revealed how master artists used colour, form and texture to evoke emotional and even physiological effects in those who saw their work. Colour psychology, as taught by Angela, adds a further dimension to this, permitting logical and structured approach to colour planning and design solutions in contemporary environments and other applications (e.g. corporate identity).

A distinct skill I have is the ability to visualise complete solutions for creating supportive surroundings by appropriate space planning and selections of colours, shapes and materials to implement them. I also have a particular interest in the use of organic materials which do not damage or contaminate the environment.

In addition to colour, I can also advise on lighting, especially where different effects are desired.
